This notice describes how CAUTE LTD handles information on this website and in the Android application Parking Order (package name com.parking.order, version 1.0.0).
Controller and law
Controller: CAUTE LTD, Windsor House, Troon Way Business Centre, Humberstone Lane, Thurmaston, Leicestershire, England, LE4 9HA. Write to dave@ramirezplanners.online, call +1 304 421 9661, or use the Lodge page. D-U-N-S 223821163.
We handle personal information under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The law of England and Wales applies to this notice.
What this notice covers
This notice covers the company website at https://ramirezplanners.online and Parking Order on Android. It does not invent a public store listing URL. When a store page exists, this notice still applies to the named package.
Information on this website
The Lodge form opens a mail draft to dave@ramirezplanners.online. It does not post that text to a form server on this site. If you send the mail, we receive the name, email address, subject, and message you chose to include.
The host may record technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and request time, to keep the site available and to resist abuse.
These pages load Yrsa and Onest from Google Fonts. Your browser may send technical data to Google to fetch those files. We do not run advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this site, and this notice does not claim that we do.
What Parking Order keeps on the device
Parking Order version 1.0.0 is a local-first lot puzzle. Core puzzles run on the phone after install. The in-app privacy card states that this version stores lot progress, settings, and optional goal markers on the device only, and that it does not collect personal information.
- Lot progress, including cleared bays, stars, coins, and gate-light marks
- The day’s rush-hour best meter steps, kept for that local day
- Settings such as sound, haptics, and the chosen theme
- Booster counts for Undo, Radio, and Tow
- Optional goal markers you keep on the phone
What version 1.0.0 does not take
The screens in version 1.0.0 do not ask for an account. The lot file is not sent to the Thurmaston desk.
- No login, password, or profile on the lot screens
- No cloud copy of lots, rush-hour bests, or booster counts on our servers
- No advertising and no real-money purchases in version 1.0.0
- No sale of personal information for advertising
Why we use website information
We use details you send so we can reply, keep the site secure, and meet legal duties. Lot files stay on your device so the puzzle you opened can run. We do not sell personal information for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Correspondence is kept for the period needed to handle the request, then deleted or anonymised unless the law requires a longer period.
Lot progress stays on the phone until you use Clear progress, wipe the app data, or uninstall. Because those files are not stored on our servers, the Thurmaston desk cannot erase them from here.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information to advertising networks. A host or mail carrier may see the technical or correspondence data needed to deliver the site or a reply. We disclose information where the law requires it.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, erasure of, restriction of, or portability of personal data we hold from website correspondence, where the law allows. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Children
This website and Parking Order are not directed at children under 13.
International transfers
Servers follow the host and may sit outside the United Kingdom. Where the law requires a transfer tool, we use one.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top of this page will change with it.
