Review Walk
A walk slip lists the points someone will actually look at, in order, and the sentence that follows each look.
The slip holds the looking order, who owns each point, and the written pair “continue / halt.” Later updates edit the same slip. They do not open a side conversation. This is not a site-survey certificate and it is not a safety or compliance stamp.
